Important FinCEN Announcement
FinCEN is not currently requiring residential real estate reports due to a federal court ruling in Texas. There is no liability for not filing while the order is in effect. This could change if the decision is appealed or overturned.
Until then, Elite Title will not collect or report transactions under the rule, but if the ruling is reversed, FinCEN Reporting Services will resume.
