We have nine locations to serve you, and offer mobile closings for your convenience. Elite Title is licensed to write title insurance policies in Missouri, Illinois and Colorado.
Our Founders
Daniel Klauber
Daniel Klauber serves as General Counsel, CEO, and co-founder of Elite Title Company, where he oversees legal and operational matters.
With over two decades of experience, Daniel has built and managed multiple companies, including Continental Title Company, growing it into a 30-office operation across two states. A licensed attorney in Missouri and Kansas, he specializes in real estate law, title insurance, and business development.
Daniel holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Colorado.
Bruce Bartlett
Bruce Bartlett is an accomplished attorney specializing in real estate law, civil litigation, and corporate transactional matters.
As a member of Elite Title Company and CEO and General Counsel for Integrity Title Solutions, Bruce brings decades of legal expertise in managing title company operations and client representation. His background includes leading roles at law firms and title companies, where he has handled complex litigation and business transactions.
Bruce earned his Juris Doctor from St. Louis University and a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering from the University of Missouri.
Jill Leath
Jill Leath brings over 35 years of experience in the title industry and is widely recognized as a leader in her field. Her career includes serving as the marketing director for several top title companies in the St. Louis area, where she played a key role in driving their success and securing their positions as market leaders. With extensive experience in team management and business development, Jill consistently demonstrates her ability to lead and grow successful businesses.
As a founder and key member at Elite Title, Jill’s deep expertise and commitment to excellence ensure that the company delivers top-tier service. She takes pride in leading a highly experienced team, dedicated to providing clients with the highest level of professionalism and support.
Jill attended the University of Kansas, where she majored in Marketing & Communications.
Knox Mailhes
Knox Mailhes is a seasoned PR and marketing executive with extensive experience in the title and real estate industries.
As Executive Vice President of Integrity Title Solutions and a founding member of Elite Title Company, Knox oversees marketing, branding, and client relationships. With a background that includes leadership roles at Integrity Land Title and MCI Communications, he brings a strong track record in driving business growth, managing teams, and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Knox holds a B.S. in Communications Management from Missouri State University and is an executive for Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity.
Our History
Elite Title Company LLC (“Elite”) was built by four individual partners, Daniel Klauber, Bruce Bartlett, Jill Leath and Knox Mailhes. They came together after they saw there was a need for a locally based title company in the St. Louis Metropolitan area that offered the best title and escrow related services at a competitive price.
Elite was founded in 2021 with two offices, and each partner brought a unique skill set to the company. The strength of the ownership team at Elite is exceptional with over 100 years of title experience and more than 50 years of legal experience in the combined group. The experience, dedication and commitment of not just the ownership group but, each and every employee at Elite has allowed the company to flourish.
Today, the company has seven offices spread throughout the St. Louis region and in Boulder, Colorado. Elite is large enough to serve any needs someone may have for title and escrow services in and around St. Louis but it never has, and never will, change its stated goal of making each and every client feel like their transaction is the most important transaction the company is handling.
