Amazing customer service, and we weren’t even Elite’s customer

I just wanted to reach out with praise for Jen Hope. She was NOT the closing agent that handled our closing, her office didn’t handle our closing, in fact, our side didn’t even close with Elite Title… There was a document in our papers that had Jen’s name on it. I reached out to her and I almost immediately had a response. I didn’t get just a response, she took action. She jumped in on a file that was not hers and got it done for us yesterday. She was professional and caring towards our situation. She could’ve easily told to me to leave her alone or not even responded, but she did. She went above and beyond for someone that wasn’t even her client. I can only imagine how she treats her actual clients, it has to be top notch. In today’s world where we seem to only hear about the negative or bad, I wanted to reach out with something good. Thank you for all of your help yesterday, Jen. We truly appreciate it.

The BEST Experience

I just wanted to say how impressed my husband and I were with your team. We came to sign papers for a refinance, and let me just say, “wow!” That was the BEST experience we have had with signing mortgage papers. We came a few minutes early and you guys were ready and had everything prepared. We were super tired and worn out from an extremely busy day, but your team was very welcoming right from the start. The last two times we have signed mortgage papers, we had to wait for the other title company for over an hour just to get our papers together.
