I just wanted to reach out with praise for Jen Hope. She was NOT the closing agent that handled our closing, her office didn’t handle our closing, in fact, our side didn’t even close with Elite Title… There was a document in our papers that had Jen’s name on it. I reached out to her and I almost immediately had a response. I didn’t get just a response, she took action. She jumped in on a file that was not hers and got it done for us yesterday. She was professional and caring towards our situation. She could’ve easily told to me to leave her alone or not even responded, but she did. She went above and beyond for someone that wasn’t even her client. I can only imagine how she treats her actual clients, it has to be top notch. In today’s world where we seem to only hear about the negative or bad, I wanted to reach out with something good. Thank you for all of your help yesterday, Jen. We truly appreciate it.
