We came to sign papers for a refinance, and let me just say, “wow!” That was the BEST experience we have had with signing mortgage papers. We came a few minutes early and you guys were ready and had everything prepared. We were super tired and worn out from an extremely busy day, but your team was very welcoming right from the start. The last two times we have signed mortgage papers, we had to wait for the other title company for over an hour just to get our papers together. Your people were very well organized, explained things clearly, and your front desk even got a juice box for Lucy. We were in and out fast. Loved it!
